Shared journeys, shared strength.
Offering a unique opportunity to connect with others who truly understand what you may be navigating. In these welcoming virtual spaces, participants come together to share experiences, offer encouragement, gain new perspectives, and feel less alone in their journey. Open to adults regardless of location—so support can meet you where you are.
What to Expect
Joining a support group can feel like a big step. We keep the space simple, grounded, and low-pressure. Come as you are.
Here’s a look at how we spend our time together:
A grounded start
We begin each session with a brief opening or guided reflection to help you shift out of your day and into a more present, settled space.
A balance of voices
As your facilitator, I help guide the flow so there’s space for everyone. Whether you’re someone who processes by talking, or someone who prefers to listen and take it in quietly. There’s room for both.
Skill-building you can actually use
Alongside conversation and reflection, you’ll also learn practical tools and coping skills you can carry into your week
A gentle close
We end each session with a short reflection or takeaway to help you transition back into your week feeling grounded and supported.
While every session is unique, the intention is for you to leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
Many participants find the group offers:
A pause in your week
This is a dedicated hour to slow down. No performing, no fixing, no pressure to have it all together. Just space to breathe, reflect, and be supported.
Real connection + shared understanding
There’s something powerful about realizing you’re not alone in what you’re navigating. Hearing others put words to similar thoughts and feelings can bring a sense of ease, validation, and relief.
New perspective
Sometimes hearing how others move through similar experiences can help you see your own situation with a little more clarity and compassion.
Quiet confidence + connection
There’s something grounding about both receiving support and offering it. Many people leave feeling more steady, more connected, and a little more sure of themselves.

This FREE, no-pressure, drop-in style group is for counseling private practice owners (and aspiring ones, too!) to connect, share wisdom, and build meaningful community with others at every stage of their practice.
Each session is intentionally fluid and shaped by what participants are navigating in real time. We may explore case consultations, business challenges, or topics that naturally emerge. To keep the experience collaborative and community-centered, we also rotate group facilitation among members.
We meet virtually twice a month on the 1st Monday at 10:30am and 3rd Thursday at 12:30pm

Questions & Answers
-
Support groups are not therapy. Instead of clinical treatment or individualized diagnosis, these groups focus on connection, shared experience, and community-based support. You’ll have space to reflect, learn from others, and gain practical insights while being in community with people navigating similar experiences.
-
A closed group means the same participants attend each session from start to finish. Once the group begins, no new members are added. This helps create consistency, trust, and deeper connection over time.
Open or drop-in groups allow participants to join at any time.
-
Groups are held on a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform, and all participants review and sign a consent agreement that includes expectations around privacy and confidentiality. While we take every precaution to create a safe and respectful online space, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in any group setting. We ask all members to honor the privacy of others by not sharing anything outside the group.
-
You don’t! Since these are support groups rather than therapy, there are no location requirements or residency restrictions. We’d love to have you join our community from anywhere in the world.

Because our support groups are focused on community and shared experience rather than clinical therapy, they aren't classified as a billable insurance service. For this reason, groups are self-pay only. You can find current rates listed on the Services page.
