Individual Counseling
A supportive and collaborative space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns, process challenges, and strengthen your connection to self—so you can heal, grow, and move forward with intention.
Counseling may occur weekly or biweekly for 45-55 minutes.
Clinical Supervision
For Master’s-Level Clinicians seeking professional counseling licensure (LPC) in Pennsylvania. Providing tailored supervision to help you refine your counseling skills and confidently progress in your professional development.
Priority slots are reserved for BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ Clinicians
Support Groups
Join a community of individuals in a safe, virtual space to share experiences, gain insights, and build connections while working toward healing and growth together.
Groups are offered in 6-week sessions for 1 hour, with 4 to 8 participants.
Wellness Programs
Integrating the mind, body, and spirit; programs include uniquely curated yoga and meditation classes, wellness events and educational workshops on various mental health topics.
Fees & Insurance
At Peace Be Still Holistic Health, I’m committed to making therapy accessible and transparent. Whether you plan to use insurance or pay out of pocket, I offer flexible options to support your care. I’m happy to help you review your coverage or discuss what works best for you before we get started!

Payments are due at the time of service and can be made securely through the client portal using a credit or debit card.
All new counseling clients are required to complete a 75-minute initial intake session before scheduling follow-up appointments.
Intake Session (75 minutes): $200
Counseling Session (1 hour): $185
Counseling Session (45 minutes): $160
Support Group Package: (6 weekly, 1 hour sessions): $330

If I’m not in-network with your insurance plan but you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill (a receipt for your payments) that you can submit for possible partial reimbursement from your insurance company.

I am currently in-network with most major insurance providers for individual counseling sessions. Accepted plans include Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare/Optum, Independence Blue Cross, BlueCross Blue Shield, Highmark, Quest, and Carelon Behavioral Health. I am also a Carebridge EAP provider.
At this time, I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
