A Whole-Person Approach to Mental Health Therapy
In-person in Huntington Valley & Online Across Pennsylvania

Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself and move through life with greater intention and self-understanding. This is care that honors all of who you are, not just what you’ve been through, with support that feels practical, grounded, and connected to your everyday life.

Support is holistic and person-centered, with care that considers the mind, body, and spirit together. Sessions may include mindfulness and body-based approaches that help create more awareness, steadiness, and connection; not just talking through challenges, but building ways to care for yourself more fully.

This is a warm, affirming, and inclusive space for adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients, students and working professionals navigating high-pressure environments, and those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and perinatal experiences. The work centers on creating space to feel more connected to yourself and more at peace in daily life.

If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, reach out to get started.

PEACE.

“It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.”

What You Might Be Wondering

  • Holistic health is an approach to wellness that recognizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit. It considers how emotional, physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being all influence one another, rather than focusing only on symptoms or diagnosis. This approach also takes into account how daily experiences, relationships, identity, and environment shape mental health.

In practice, this means care is personalized and responsive to the full context of your life and what matters most to you. Depending on your needs and comfort level, body-based (somatic) practices such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, grounding, yoga, or aromatherapy may be integrated to support regulation, presence, and connection.

  • For me, holistic health does not mean “anti-medication.” Many clients find that combining therapy with medication provides the best results. While I’m not licensed to prescribe medications or supplements, I fully support clients who use or want to explore medication and can work alongside your prescribing provider (such as a PCP, Psychiatric NP, or Psychiatrist) to support your treatment. I can also help you reflect on how medication might fit into your overall mental health journey.

  • Our first session as a time for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to find through therapy. I’ll walk you through an intake process to learn about your history and background, which helps me truly understand your world. From there, we’ll collaborate on creating a treatment plan that honors your values and feels right for your life.

  • You don’t need to feel like things are “bad enough” to start therapy. Many people begin when they notice they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply wanting more support and clarity in their life. If you’ve been wondering whether therapy could help, that curiosity alone is often a meaningful place to begin.

  • Of course! Anyone is welcome to reach out. The listed specialties are meant to offer clarity, not limitation. If something about this space resonates with you, we can connect and see whether it feels like a good fit.

  • Yes. Therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on your needs and goals. Some people come in for support around a specific issue or life transition, while others choose ongoing work to explore deeper patterns, growth, and healing over time. We can talk together about what feels most supportive for you and adjust as your needs evolve.
